3.2 Supplier Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the individual terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and rules of the ultimate service providers. SimplySelect is not responsible for supplier insolvency, operational delays, schedule alterations, or service deviations imposed by third parties.
3.3 Limitation of LiabilityService Availability: While we endeavor to ensure maximum platform uptime and accurate travel information, all content is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties.
